Community is important at Christmas time

Varkaus, 2021 - In the midst of the hustle and bustle of work, we may sometimes forget that our workplace is also part of the community in our own hometown and region. The community in our close circle consists of our family friends, acquaintances, loved ones and family members - all who give us support and help us cope with everyday life.

Community is also important for AFT, particularly around the holidays, and it is important for us to be close to the daily lives of people where we live. On Thursday, AFT presented its activities to the Pro Seniors group, which consist of retirees who have worked in industry in the Varkaus region. Pro Seniors is an active group that spends time on common hobbies and by visiting companies in the area.
