All equipment wears out and eventually has to be replaced or refurbished to maintain operation without interruption. Not only can AFT inspect your equipment and inform you of risk areas or potential production loses, we can also provide the opportunity to refurbish your existing equipment to make it perform as new. 

We restore the worn internal fits and external components of your pressure screens to like-new condition – for all original equipment manufacturers. Our facilities include AFT owned manufacturing sites around the globe and AFT certified local partners. Becoming a local AFT partner is a process involving training and performance monitoring with access to our latest manufacturing procedures for rebuilds. Although we have the ability to repair screen bodies on an emergency basis, we prefer to work with you and your team to execute refurbishment in a planned and controlled manner. This starts with a mechanical inspection and the development of a refurbishment plan to prevent the requirement of a more expensive emergency or capital replacement.
